Get on stage or work backstage–every Albion student is welcome. We stage four productions every year, each running for two weeks. And our season are diverse. You will tackle Shakespeare, Ibsen, musicals, and cutting-edge contemporary plays. The Theatre Department is a fully-functioning theatre company where students handle every aspect from design and stage management, to publicity and box office sales. Excellent opportunities for off-campus theatre studies in New York, Philadelphia, and numerous international cities are also available.

Because of your interest in theatre, we would like to invite you to participate in our Theatre Experience & Audition Day on Friday, February 21. It’s an opportunity for you to learn about Albion College and our theatre program but also a chance to audition for a Theatre Scholarship. You are not required to be a theatre major to qualify, but we do ask that you stay involved in our music program as a member of one of our six ensembles.
