The Albion College Prospect Day is intended to teach young female athletes grades 8-12 the fundamentals and advanced play in college lacrosse. You will get to experience new drills we use here at Albion College taught by our lacrosse coaching staff and players. This will be a competitive, fun, safe environment that will maximize your growth of the sport.

SCHEDULE 9:30-11:30am (optional) - Tour & Admissions Presentation by Albion College
11:30-12:00pm- Check in/Break for those who came to the admissions session.
12:00pm-12:30pm- Warm up/Stick work
12:30pm-1:15pm- Drills: Shooting/footwork/dodging
1:15pm-2:00pm- Small sided games 7v7
2:00-2:30- Full Field Scrimmage
2:30-3:00- Coaches/Player Panel w/pizza (guardians welcome)
