    This overnight High School Intensive Wrestling Camp at Albion College is from June 28 to June 30. This three-day program is designed to push you to the next level through elite coaching, rigorous physical training, and dedicated mental performance sessions. Campers will stay on-site in Albion College dorms with 2-4 athletes/room. Meals are included for all overnight campers. 

    Cost: $225
    June 28 Check-in: 1:00 PM
    June 30 Check-out: 12:00 PM

    What to Bring:
    1. Disinfectant or cleansing soap (like dial) for showering
    2. Plenty of workout sets (a set includes a t-shirt, socks, and shorts). A clean set is needed per session. Laundry service can be purchased during registration.
    3. Extra money is not needed, but may be nice if for additional meals/drinks or to purchase camp gear
    4. Knee pads
    5. Wrestling shoes
    6. Headgear
    7. Mouth guards
    8. Pillows, blankets, twin XL sheets
    9. Other personal toiletries
    10. Journal and pens/pencils

    Noon- Lunch
    1:00 pm - Session III
    3:00 pm - Recovery & Hygiene
    5:00 pm - Dinner
    6:30 pm - Simulated live matches (Session IV)
    8:00 pm - Recovery & Hygiene
    8:30 pm - Mental performance Session III
    9:00 pm - Rec time
    10:00 pm Lights out
